Riottenere l'account di Facebook essendo disattivato

Good Morning.

I found the account disabled. Nobody is able to get into my dashboard. I have never written anything offensive, images or videos against the law. I would like to know why I was disabled,end if could you please restore it.

Dear Facebook,
you have blocked my account for a violation of your rules, indeed i have sent simply some messages to groups where i'm registered. I did not know that this was not allowed. The system, maybe, has wrongly registered a spam activity. I'm really sorry for this trouble, and i ask you kindly the reactivation of my account. Thanks
